The final pre-dinner took place last night at The Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa with Johannesburg’s very own Executive Chef Werner Snoek and International Chef Reto Mathis from St Moritz, who put their creativity to the test and prepared dishes to accompany Ruinart.
A fabulous ending to a great week of pre-dinners and celebrations.
Now we await the Grand Gala which will take place this Saturday and we are most excited to share this wonderful occasion with everyone.
